Q: What methods can I use to make my purchase?

A: You can use all major credit cards through the Paypal or Google Checkout process. Wittle bill's also accepts checks, cashiers checks and money orders. Customers outside the U.S. can pay by International money order as well instead of credit / debit card if they prefer.

Q: I cant find shipping cost outside of the U.S. & Canada. Do you ship overseas?

A: Yes, when you click the "Buy Now" button you will be taken to the checkout page where you will see the cost for the item + the shipping cost for the U.S. and Canada. Once you are on this page you will see a link that reads " International " just click that link to see the list of countries Wittle Bill's ship's to. When you go through the checkout process and enter the shipping address to your country, the shipping amount will appear automatically and be added to your order. You will see the shipping amount before you make your purchase.

Q: How long will it take to recieve my item after payment has been made?

A: Items usually ship from our location within 1 to 2 days from receipt of payment and delivery time is around 2 to 3 days and are usually shipped via Priority Mail® in most cases. International orders can take anywhere from 2 to 10 days depending on your location and are usually sent using International Priority Mail® in most cases. These times may be longer during busy holidays.

Q: How come Wittle Bill's does'nt charge sales tax?

A: Sales tax for purchases from Wittle Bill's only apply to the state in which Wittle Bill's is located. Wittle Bill's is located in Texas. So sales tax would only apply to persons who reside in Texas. Wittle Bill's has opted to pay the sales tax on items purchased by Texas residents instead of passing it on to the customer.
